Many of us get into risks of buying a used phone unknowingly. So, today I'll teach you on how to know if you have been given a used or new phone

Let's start with an Android phone.

Instructions:

1. Dial ##786# or *#*#786#*#* in your
    phone.

2. It will dispaly the menu.

3. Check the words reconditioned status.

4. If the reconditioned status will be NO
     means that your phone is NEW and if it
     is YES means the phone is used (not
     NEW).

NOTE: This option may fail in some
            devices.
